Anger is nothing to embrace on a regular basis. It shortens the life and the happiness of the angry person. Anger can manifest as aggression, but most anger (90%) is manifested as stress, hostility, depression, and physical illness. Most people who get angry easily and/or regularly are people who have been getting angry for years. Cognitive-behavioral therapy and the Duluth model of anger management have both been studied and proven to be ineffective.
